How Payment Works
You pay by card when you place your order at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, WinToPay. We don’t see or store your full card number.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
Accepted Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is $6.95 on orders under $79 and free on orders of $79 or more. The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.
Order Confirmation
After your payment goes through, we email you an order confirmation with your order number and a summary of your order.
If a Payment Fails
Check that your card details and billing address match the ones your bank has on file, then try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact your card issuer or email us.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
