Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. All orders ship from Shenzhen, China.

Shipping Rates

You’ll see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

We order your tea from our supplier after you place your order, then check, label and pack it in Shenzhen. Processing takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day begin processing that day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day.

If we can’t ship your order within 4 business days, we’ll email you before then with a new estimated ship date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund to your original payment method. If our supplier can’t provide a tea, we’ll cancel that item and refund it in full.

Delivery Time and Tracking

• Shipping method: tracked international express
• Delivery time: 8–15 business days after your order ships
• In total, please allow about 10–19 business days from order to delivery
• Every order ships with tracking. We’ll email you the tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks and peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.

Import Duties and Taxes

Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel seems stuck or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us with your order number and we’ll check with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll reship your order or refund it in full.

Your Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update it until your order ships.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll reship or refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
