We currently sell to customers in the United States only, and orders ship from Shenzhen, China. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, because of a pricing error or because our supplier can’t provide a tea), and if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is $6.95 on orders under $79 and free on orders of $79 or more. Payments are made by credit or debit card and processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card number. Any import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

We describe our teas as accurately as we can. Leaf appearance, color and flavor can vary naturally from batch to batch, and packaging may vary. Please read the ingredients on the product page and package. Our teas are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our teas contain caffeine; if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before drinking them.
