Longjing (“Dragon Well”) is a classic green tea of Zhejiang. The style is known for leaves shaped flat in a hot pan, which gives the smooth, sword-shaped look you can see in the photos. Longjing is generally described as fresh and gently toasty, with a nutty, chestnut-like sweetness.
This 250 g pack is a practical size for daily cups. Brew in a glass or gaiwan with water around 80 °C (176 °F) for short steeps, or cold-brew it in the fridge.
Ingredients: Green tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors; the supplier recommends refrigerated storage.
