Shou Mei (Shoumei) is a fuller-leaf Fujian white tea. Pressed into a brick, it is easy to break off one session at a time and stores compactly. White tea bricks of this style are generally described as soft and honeyed when young, with room to deepen if you age the brick further.
This is a 250 g tea brick (pressed rectangular block). Break off what you need; brew gongfu, in a mug, or simmer gently for a fuller cup.
Ingredients: White tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.
We haven’t tasted this batch yet; tasting notes describe Shou Mei white tea bricks in general.
