Silver Needle (Baihao Yinzhen) is a white tea made primarily from plump buds covered in fine down. It is only withered and dried – no rolling or roasting – and is generally described as light, sweet and floral.
This 50 g tin keeps the buds protected and is easy to store on a shelf.
Ingredients: White tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.
We haven’t tasted this batch yet; tasting notes describe Silver Needle white tea in general.
