Silver Needle (Baihao Yinzhen) is Fujian’s bud-only white tea – pale liquor, soft body, and a gentle sweetness. It is generally described as light and clean rather than roasted or flavored. The supplier lists these buds as sun-withered.
This 50 g tin is a tidy everyday or gift-ready size. Brew gongfu or in a mug for a soft session cup.
Ingredients: White tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.
We haven’t tasted this batch yet; tasting notes describe Silver Needle white tea in general.
