Lapsang Souchong (xiao zhong) is a classic Chinese black tea. This is the smoked version: the leaf is dried over pinewood smoke, giving a bold, campfire-leaning cup.
This 250 g pack brews well in a gaiwan or a mug, and is forgiving if you leave it a little long.
