Phoenix Dancong is the classic oolong of Guangdong: long, twisted dark leaves that open into an aromatic cup, generally described as floral with a lingering finish.
Each sealed 8 g packet fills a 100–120 ml gaiwan for many short infusions, and the single-session format means every pot starts with freshly opened leaf.
Ingredients: Oolong tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.
We haven’t tasted this batch yet; tasting notes describe Phoenix Dancong in general.
