Alishan high mountain oolong is among the best-loved Taiwanese teas: lightly oxidized, rolled into small green pearls, and known for a fresh floral aroma and a smooth, creamy sweetness.
This 150 g canister is enough for many sessions. Brew 5–6 g in a gaiwan or small teapot with water around 90–95 °C (194–203 °F), starting at about 40 seconds; the pearls open slowly over many infusions.
Ingredients: Oolong tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.
We haven’t tasted this batch yet; tasting notes describe this style of tea in general.
