Ya Shi Xiang (also called Duck Poop) is a classic Phoenix Dancong aroma style. Like other Dancong oolongs, it is generally described as having a floral-fruity aroma.
This 50 g tin is a practical upgrade from a trial bag for regular sessions. The long, twisted leaves open into an aromatic cup that stands up to many short infusions. We describe the cultivar as listed; we do not claim a verified mountain site.
Ingredients: Oolong tea. Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from light and strong odors.
We haven’t tasted this batch yet; tasting notes describe Phoenix Dancong Ya Shi Xiang in general.
